Symptoms/Context
When trying to import a Return package back to WorldServer, a user (i.e. a Translator or a Reviewer) cannot import the package because of this error:

Current user does not have privilege to unlock asset...

The error points to the directory of the target file that is locked. Here is an example:

Resolution
The workaround is for a user who has sufficient permission to go to the directory indicated in the error message in Explorer and unlock the target file as displayed in this screenshot:

Once the file is unlocked, the user will be able to import the Return package.

To avoid this error to happen again for the user, make sure that the necessary permissions are enabled in the user's User Type as described in this article:

WorldServer - Which permissions need to be set in the User Type to be able to unclaim a Task from another user and unlock files in Explorer?

Root Cause
The user does not have the necessary permissions to unlock a locked file and complete the import of the return package.

Note: sometimes the error appears because the file is - in fact - locked because it is assigned and claimed by another user. In that case, the Task should be assigned to the current user. By doing so, it will be unlocked automatically.
