Symptoms/Context
When trying to open a project package in SDL Trados Studio, the following error message is shown:

Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture (or neutral culture) on disk.
baseName: Sdl.TranslationStudio.Packaging.Convertors.WorldServer.plugin  locationInfo: <null>
fileName: Sdl.TranslationStudio.Packaging.Convertors.WorldServer.plugin.resources

Resolution
Install WorldServer component module manually:
  1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2019_SR1\modules
  2. Double click on WorldServerComponents.msi
NOTE: If you do not see the ProgramData folder, follow these steps to unhide it : Showing hidden files, folders and extensions on Windows operating systems
Root Cause
Worldserver component module is not installed properly.
