Symptoms/Context
A User has reported that it is impossible to reset their TMS account password, as when they begin to enter their username, the email address input box becomes disabled.
Resolution
If your username matches the email address you want the password reset email sending to, simply fill in your username and click the Reset button.

If your username is of an email format, but does not match an email address that belongs to you, please raise a support case for additional support.  It is likely that your username will need to be updated.

 
Root Cause
The username in question is in the format of an email address.  When this is typed in, TMS detects the format and assumes the username is also the email address of the user in question.  The email address box is then deemed unnecessary and is disabled by design.
