Scope/Environment	SDL Trados GroupShare 2017 Internet Explorer

Symptoms/Context

When you access the GroupShare Web UI > Users > Permissions, the screen keeps loading. There is a spinning star and under it says Loading ...roles

Resolution

Internet Explorer is not fully compatible with the GroupShare 2017 Web UI.

Use a different browser: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are 2 good options.
