Please use the following workflow when trying to synchronize translation bundles using multiple FTP/SFTP connections
Resolution

  1. Open a project in Passolo Collaboration Edition, go to Project tab and click on Export.
  2. In Export Formats select the first option "Passolo translation bundle" and click Next.
  3. In Target Folder select “Target: FTP” and click on the blue message Setup…
  4. A new window will pop-up: click Yes, if you want to import previously defined FTP settings, or No if you want to create new FTP settings.
  5. After importing/creating the FTP settings, select the files/languages you need to export and click Next and again Next.
  6. Now select any additional settings that you want to include in the bundle and click on Finish.
  7. "Upload translation bundles to FTP server" window will appear, select the user and click on Start.
  8. Repeat steps 5-7 if you need to export other files/languages to a different user.
  9. Now the translator can open the script he received, translate some or all the strings, save the changes and click on Synchronize Exports.
  10. To import the changed made by the translator, simply open the LPU in Passolo Collaboration and click on Synchronize Exports.
