I would like to disable the Jasper Reports server in my WorldServer environment. How can I do this?
Answer

To stop the Jasper Reports service, and disable it, follow the steps below:
  1. Log into the server using the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
     
  2. Click on the Start button and type Services. Then click on Services to open the console.
     
  3. Navigate to the WorldServer Reports service for the instance you want to disable.
     
  4. Right-click WorldServer Reports, and choose Properties.
     
  5. Click the Stop button to stop the service.
     
  6. Change the Startup type to Disabled, and click OK.
