How to contact RWS Support for Language Weaver upgrading problems for credit card subscriptions if you don't have a Support and Maintenance Agreement?

You are having issues with your Language Weaver subscription, that you purchased by credit card. 
You need to contact RWS Support for an upgrade, downgrade or any other issue related to your subscription. 
Answer
1. Go to the "Settings" menu in your Language Weaver portal : https://portal.languageweaver.com/settings/account
2. Click on "Contact Us"
In the Settings menu, My Account tab, choose Contact Us button
3. First check the "Common questions" on this page and the articles with solutions. 
4. If you cannot find a solution to your issue in the "Common Questions" are go 5.
5. In the Wizard menu that opens choose "I do not have a Support Contract" 
Select the option I do not have a Support Contract
6. Select "Report an issue with my subscription"
Select the option Report an issue with my subscription
7. Fill in the "Submit New Case" form by selecting "Product Name*" "Machine Translation" and this will open a ticket. 
Fill in all the fields on this page, select as Product - Machine Translation
