1. Go to the "
Settings" menu in your Language Weaver portal :

Contact Us"
3. First check the
"Common questions" on this page and the articles with solutions.
4. If you cannot find a solution to your issue in the
"Common Questions" are go 5.
5. In the Wizard menu that opens choose
"I do not have a Support Contract"
6. Select
"Report an issue with my subscription"
7. Fill in the
"Submit New Case" form by selecting
"Product Name*" "Machine Translation" and this will open a ticket.
