Answer

Default locations

  • MultiTrans: C:\ProgramData\Donnelley\Tracing (or use the environment variable %MultiTransTraceFolder%)
  • Flow: C:\Program Files\Donnelley\MultiTrans Flow 64\runtime\logs

How to find the log file locations if they're reconfigured

Log into the Administration Console and select Tracing:

Some familiarity with XML is assumed for this section.

Open the following file in Notepad:
C:\Program Files\Donnelley\MultiTrans Flow 64\JBoss - EWS\share\apache-tomcat-7.0.84\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\classes\log4j2.xml

Search for "<RollingFile" - next to each result you will see a fileName attribute which contains the location of each log file. By default these paths are relative to the C:\Program Files\Donnelley\MultiTrans Flow 64\runtime folder:
