For Tridion Sites 8.5, what happens to publish transactions that are in progress when the Deployer is restarted?
Answer
Any transactions that are publishing/transporting/deploying will be lost.  Any transactions are in status "Waiting for publish" will still be pending and can be processed after a Deployer restart.
