The latest MultiTerm Integration Service installers are attached to this article and inside
MT2020SR1_all_IntegrationService.msi.zip. Older versions can be found on the WorldServer FTP site which you can access using your own credentials.
Important:In order to function correctly, you must install the correct version of MultiTerm Integration Service according to the following table:

Notes:
- To configure the login the integration service uses to authenticate with GroupShare, and the port it runs on, run the following utility: C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Server\Application\MTIntegrationServiceConfig.exe
- After the integration service has been successfully installed, you will need to restart the GroupShare services.
