If you are experiencing login issues to your SDL Account in the first instance do a Password Reset
Go to: https://oos.sdl.com
Click on the "Forgot Password?" Link
If after your password has changed you still encounter login issues please follow these steps:
Clear the DNS cache on your machine:
You will see Command Prompt popping up and closing again.
- Select Start > Run…
- Click OK
Clear your browser cache (in this example we use Internet Explorer):
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools > Internet Options > General
- In the section Browsing history click Delete
- In the dialog Delete Browsing History
- Leave the default settings and click Delete
- Back in the Internet Options dialog, click OK to close the pop-up
- Close all your active your browser windows
- Re-open Internet Explorer and login again to your SDL My Account.
