Issues when logging in to your My SDL Account or SDL Support Portal

You are trying to access your SDL My Account but are experiencing problems accessing it.
In rare cases this may be due to maintenance work on our SDL servers. In other cases changing the password or clearing the cache may solve the issue.

If you are experiencing login issues to your SDL Account in the first instance do a Password Reset

Go to: 
Click on the "Forgot Password?" Link

If after your password has changed you still encounter login issues please follow these steps:

  1. Clear the DNS cache on your machine:

    1. Select Start > Run…
    2. Type: ipconfig /flushdns
    3. Click OK
    You will see Command Prompt popping up and closing again.
  2. Clear your browser cache (in this example we use Internet Explorer):

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Click Tools > Internet Options > General
    3. In the section Browsing history click Delete
    4. In the dialog Delete Browsing History
    5. Leave the default settings and click Delete
    6. Back in the Internet Options dialog, click OK to close the pop-up
    7. Close all your active your browser windows
    8. Re-open Internet Explorer and login again to your SDL My Account.
