SDL Trados GroupShare 2017 (and later)
Microsoft .NET Framework
After installing a Service Pack and/or Cumulative Update for SDL Trados GroupShare 2017 (and later), when logging into the SDL Trados GroupShare WebUI and also browsing through it, the following error message is displaying:

Could not load type 'System.ValueTuple'2' from assembly 'netstandard, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51'.

User-added image
During the installation of the Cumulative Update, Service Pack and/or upgrade, a new version of Microsoft .NET Framework was required to be installed.
After the installation of Microsoft .NET Framework the request/requirement/recommendation of restarting the system was manually ignored/skipped and the SDL Trados GroupShare installation was further processed.

Restart the operating system

After Microsoft .NET Framework was installed on the server operating system, it requires a restart for the necessary components of .NET Framework to be initialized and properly applied.
If this is not the case, SDL Trados GroupShare will not function as expected since the required .NET Framework function/features cannot be retrieved accordingly.

Therefore, the solution is to restart the operating system on which SDL Trados GroupShare is installed.
