Contenta, Contenta S1000D: WorkPool permissions, Workpool users do not have Arbortext tools available

Symptoms/Context
Users in a new workpool are not able to open the data modules in Arbortext.
The tools are missing.
 
Resolution
When workpool are created, they require setup using pcmadmin to allow/disallow tools and project permissions.
To fix permissions on roles, run pcmadmin from a client machine that is an administration client.

Steps: 
1. In a command window on the App Server, open the ../Contenta/bin folder run pcmadmin as follows, NOTE: all users will have to be off the system.      
pcmadmin –dbase <databasename> -singleuser
Where <databasename> is the name of your database.
2. Login to pcmadmin as sysadmin

3. Once in pcmadmin, under the Edit menu, choose Roles/Tool Boxes

4. Once the Roles list is displayed, choose your Workpool name. For this example, "test" is used.
5. Click open.
6. In the Define Tool Box for Role: window, in Select Object field, choose the Object (probably DModule) you want to be able to use, in this case that is the Arbortext client tool. 
7. Select the Arbortext Client tool in the left pane and click “Add” in the middle. The tool will now show up on the right.
NOTE: To add edit privileges you will also have to add the following tools from the left pane:
Edit lock
Modify Data
Modify History
Modify Notes
Modify Properties

8. Click Apply.
9. Repeat these steps if you want the same tool allowed for other objects.
10. Click close to close this window.
11. Close the Administration window by clicking the “x” at the top corner.  Changes will be saved to the database.
