The Tridion Docs FTP server has been migrated. ftp.sct.sdl.com has been discontinued and replaced by one of the following addresses, depending on your region so you should now be able to enjoy faster access:

Hostname:

• ftp-asia.sdlproducts.com
• ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com
• ftp-nasa.sdlproducts.com

Port: 990 (ftps) - TLS/SSL Implicit encryption, or TLS/SSL Explicit encryption

The three servers are kept in sync, and any data you had in the old server has been migrated to the new service, so please use whichever is geographically best for you.
