Language Weaver portal
Symptoms/Context
When trying to login to Language Weaver (https://portal.languageweaver.com/translate) portal you get the following error: "You are not allowed to log in to LW. Please use another account or contact your LW administrator."
Resolution
Contact your Language Weaver Administrator or RWS Support to assist with adding your e-mail as a user in the Language Weaver account.
Root Cause
Your e-mail was not added as a User to any Language Weaver account. You need to be part of a Language Weaver account in order to be able to login to Language Weaver portal.
