Working in Passolo you receive the "Error SDL Multiterm 2022 Add-in: Error querying the term database names" error message. The message panel is being automatically selected and shown after any action (e.g. concordance search, search in the project, etc.) even after opting to hide the Message panel.

Workaround:

• Change or remove the faulty connection to that termbase from Add-ins > Translation > Multiterm > Setup

Alternative Workaround

• Rename the PAITransMultiTerm.pai file (location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Passolo\SDL Passolo 2022\System\Trados)
• Repair Passolo from Control Panel.

The path of the termbase was faulty. Changing the path where the term base was stored resolved the issue.
