You have installed Trados Studio 2022 SR1 and now Passolo cannot use or add Translation memories from Studio
Errors could be:
Method not found: get_SourceLanguage().
Cannot extract language or translator memory

1. Upgrade Passolo 2022 the the latest version (CU3 - Build 22.0.135.0, Published on 15th of August 2023): 
Passolo 2022 CU3: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Passolo/2022/CUs/CU3/Passolo2022.exe

2. Downgrade Trados Studio to CU6, or an earlier version than SR1:
Uninstall SR1 then install CU6.

The Trados Studio 2022 SR1 update changes how Translation memories are used by Passolo. Compatibility with this version was added in the CU3 update for Passolo as a fix for the defect PAS-2108.
