Scope/Environment
Tridion Sites 9.1, Translation Manager.
Symptoms/Context
You have duplicate tag IDs (spans) in the XLIFF of content when retrieving for translation in Tridion Sites 9.1. The retrieval fails with "An item with the same key has already been added".
Resolution
A hotfix is available to fix the issue in Tridion Sites 9.1: TM_9.1.0.28966. It is available via FTP as per:
