Even though tasks are assigned for review to a user in Customer Portal, the Files for Review tab is empty:
This issue has now been fixed and should not recur.
The cause was a defect in Customer Portal, which meant that only the first 100 tasks assigned to a user were retrieved. This included tasks that are no longer active, and therefore any new tasks would not show.
