Oops! A permission error occurred It seems that you don't have enough privileges for the resource you're trying to access. The request failed with the message: No rights to READ_ONE for resource type USER(USER -> READ_ONE).
This issue happens only in the Modern User Interface. The user can access the Project and the Tasks page in the Classic User Interface.
As a Worldserver Administrator, in the User Type associated with the affected user(s), under the REST API & New UI section, enable these 2 permissions Users > Can read all users:
and click Save to save your change. The user will be able to access the Tasks page.
Note: this change does not mean that the user will be able to view other Users' settings under Management > Users. The ability of viewing and/or changing Users is controlled by a different permission under the Management Tab section of the User Types. This permission does not need to be enabled to address the issue explained in this article.
In the User Type, under the REST API & New UI section, these permissions Users > Can read all users were not selected
