When try to start Multitrans client, nothing is happening. It wont try to open or be unresponsive. But the day before it worked.
This kind of behavior do not happen very often but if you do experiment this kind of issue you may want to try one of the following options below:
Delete the file "MultiTrans.ini" located at this location: "C:\ProgramData\Donnelley\Multitrans". If that didn't solved issue go next step
Go to your "My documents" folder, in that folder you should see the folder "My Multitrans Files\List". rename the folder "List" to "List.old" and try to re-open the Multitrans client. If you still cant opened it, go to next step.
Take a backup or copy of the contents and subfolders of "My Multitrans Files" Folder. Go back to "\\My Documents\My Multitrans Files" then deleted the whole content (files and subfolders) within the folder. If that still not resolved the issue, please open a new case with support to assist you for next steps troubleshootings. But most of the time, that last step should resolved that particular issue.
Although it would be very rare, sometimes, the file "Multitrans.ini" or some files within "My Multitrans Files" folder can become corrupted for which may prevent Multitrans client to to opened.
