Unable to access project files in Online Editor with the message "You cannot perform this operation as you do not have access or have insufficient permissions"

Trados Live / Language Cloud
When you try to access cloud project or files through Trados Studio 2021, or trying to open the cloud project in the browser in Online Editor - you get the message:
You cannot perform this operation as you do not have access or have insufficient permissions
Situation 1: If this is not related to your user permissions on the account, take the following steps:
- In Trados Studio: -- verify that you are signed in in Language Cloud with the correct account, where the cloud project you want to work on are. -- tick the checkbox Show projects for this account only
-- In the Projects view, select all cloud projects and right-click to Remove from List. Click Refresh on the Home tab ribbon, then try again to open the project you need.
- In the browser, clear cache and login again to the account you need.
Situation 2: Contact Sales to purchase more Online Editor licenses.
Situation 1: User email is part of 2 or more Language Cloud accounts, with different provisioning - Trados Live Essential and Trados Live Team.
Situation 2: This is also the same message that appears if the Online Editor licenses or CALs for that tenant are all used up. You can check that in OOS under Account -> Orders -> Order history and click on the initial order for purchasing Trados Live or Language Cloud.
