Trados GroupShare 2020: The Translation memories export task remains queued in the background tasks

Scope/Environment

Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1

Symptoms/Context

After starting the Translation Memory content export, the task remains queued in the Trados GroupShare Background tasks section:

Resolution

Connect to the Trados GroupShare application server (The server where the Trados GroupShare application is installed)
Open Trados GroupShare console
Click on Services (Local)
Restart the next services: RabbitMQ, SDL TM Service Host, SDL TMService Agent and SDL Application Service

Root Cause

After checking the SDL TMService.log file the error stack trace could be found:
