Multitrans Flow - Provider cannot see instructions in request

Provider cannot see client or pm instructions in requests.
Provider could not see instructions because he/she was not giving access rights to "
Notes and Instructions
Connect to Flow > Provider > Manage
Select the Flow > Providers :: Provider Details:...
Make sure that the provider has access to Notes and Instratuctions
To give access Click on Edit
Select the appropriate role
Check the "Notes And Instructions"
The provider should be able to see the Instructions in the projects
