When trying to log in with the SDL account credentials in Trados Live Essentials, the following message appears: : 'You don't have permissions for this account.'
1. Ask your Language Cloud Administrator to provide you a specific role in the Language Cloud account. Administrator or other roles that are available depending on the type of subscription you are using. You can ask the Administrator of the account to remove and re-add your user to the LC Account.
