SDL WorldServer: "World Server API not available!" appears intermittently on WSXI login screen even though WS-API is available.

Occasionally, when logging into the new WSXI interface, the login screen shows the following error:
If WSXI is unable to reach WS-API within 60 seconds, then it will timeout and the error above will be displayed.
Possible reasons for the timeout include:
A temporary network error preventing WS-API from being reachable.
Lack of system resources on the server WS-API is running, preventing it from
As a workaround, you can refresh your browser page by pressing [F5] on your keyboard.
The issue is most likely caused by a network timeout, or lack of system resources. Your IT team should be able to investigate these potential causes for you in order to find the root cause, and prevent this from happening in future.
An enhancement request has been logged for future versions of SDL WorldServer so that the timeout time, and number of retries, can be configured. This will increase robustness from an application perspective.
