GroupShare: Online Editor: Terminology hits are not working
SDL Trados GroupShare 2017 SR1
When translating a document in the Online Editor, and you do not get any terminology hits from the termbase.
In the Sdl.Application.log file on the GroupShare server (in C:\ProgramData\SDL\Service\Logs) you see an error similar to the following:
2019-07-09 12:48:41.709#Licensing.ConcurrentAccessManager#Too many 'Viewer.CALs' allocated. Maximum is 1.
Sdl.Enterprise2.Platform.Client.Licensing.LicenseCountExceededException: Too many 'Viewer.CALs' allocated. Maximum is 1.

2019-07-09 12:48:41.725#Licensing.ConcurrentAccessManager#Check out failed for [Viewer.CALs]
The maximum number of Viewer CALs contained within your GroupShare licence has been reached (check maximum in Sdl.Application.log). Online Editor will not use available Editor CALs instead.
This is a product defect and will be addressed by our development team in a future release of GroupShare.
Increase number of Viewer CALs
Speak to your SDL sales contact, or local SDL Authorised Reseller to discuss adding View CALs to your GroupShare licence.
Workaround: Use Studio
If you are able to do so, use Studio to edit the document instead as it is able to use Editor CALs in place of Viewer CALs.
