Workaround :
- On the User Details page, look at whether the DS user field is checked or not (a check icon= DS user, an X icon= not a DS user)
- On the User Details page, select Edit on the ribbon and look whether you can edit the Username, Password, Confirm Password (all three fields are disabled for SDL ID user, but editable for TMS User)
If you have access to SDL TMS Database, you can check if the user is
SDL ID user,
TMS user or
DS user querying
UserType column in
tblUsers table.
UserType values:
0 - TMS user
1 - DS user
2 - SDLID user.
