You must have admin privileges to access these areas of
Content Manager.
Open
web client >
Settings >
UsersIn the upper right corner, enter the name of parts of the name to search
If you find the user, and they authored an object or were listed as last modified, then you may get an error indicating their history may not be removed. In that case, you can only uncheck the
Active indicator.
If you use
Content Delivery /
Reach /
Collaborative Review, and it's not set with single sign-on (users are managed from Content Manager when SSO is used).
- Manage Applications > Manage Users
- Search and delete the user.
Be sure to check all environments: Dev, Test, or Prod
