Start Upload Function is Disabled in TMS for Firefox 61 Browser Version

Symptoms/Context
The Start Upload button is disabled in the Task Upload menu for browser version Firefox 61.0. The Submit button is disabled on the Create Job page for browser version Firefox 61.0
Resolution
Please note Firefox 61 is not supported browser yet. As a workaround please use an alternative supported internet browser.
Root Cause
In recently released Firefox version 61.0 the "Drop files here or click to select" drop box implemented in SDL TMS 11 and 12 versions throws a javascript error "TypeError: e.lastModifiedDate is undefined". As a result file upload and page Submit is not possible on pages using this drop down box.
Error messages comes from \SDLTMS\Website\common-components.js where lastModifiedDate should be replaced with lastModified .
Enhancement request : CRQ-10462 has been raised and development provided a fix in SDL TMS 12.1 version only. Please note Firefox 61 is still not supported browser version in SDL TMS 12.1
