TMS - Why is my new TMS Job not getting full Leverage from a previous job?

Job has been translated previously. Why does it have so many fuzzy matches and new words?
There could be several reasons for this. Take time to check the following:
Has the source file been edited since it was previously sent to
? Differences in content and segmentation may result in lower leverage.
Did the previous
job use the same configuration? If not, a different TM Sequence may have been applied.
