In WorldServer, an HTML File Type Configuration copied from the Default one has empty parser settings

When adding a new file type configuration based on the default one, the new configuration has no settings in the parser rules section even if the one being copied had settings.
For example, go to
Management > Linguistic Tool Setup > Filter Configurations > HTML 5 Studio File Type > Add
Copy From > Default and click OK. When you open the new configuration, you will see that the parser rules section is empty.
This applies to few filters, such as HTML 4 File Type, HTML 5 File Type and Embedded Content HTML 4/HTML 5 Processors.
Open and save the Default filter configuration once.
Once you have done so, when you create a new Filter/File Type Configuration based on the Default one, all the settings of the Default configuration (including the Parser Rules) will also be saved and visible in the new Filter/File Type Configuration.
