How to import an external term list into SDL BeGlobal

A Term List may help correcting frequent mistranslation of specific product names and phrases. You have existing external term lists and you want them to be included in SDL BeGlobal platform.
You can add external tem lists via BeGlobal's Term List Import feature
Before importing a Term List, make sure that the list complies with the following pre-requisites:
The imported term list must be a CSV file with the *.csv extension.
The imported files must be in UTF-8 format.
The list must have the appropriate structure: source term, target term, comment.
If there are no comments, the comma after the target term is mandatory; for example: source term, target term,
The file should not contain column headings.
A maximum of 255 characters is allowed for each column.
Once the external term list has met the requirements above, follow the steps below to import the term list into SDL BeGlobal. If the list is to be imported as a new Term List, follow steps 1-5. If the list is to be imported and merged into an existing list in BeGlobal, skip to step 6:
In the Term And Brand Management window that opened, click on New Term List.
Enter the name for the new term list. NOTE: Each term list name needs to be unique and remember that the following characters are not allowed in the Term List's name: /:*?\"<>|$@ and whitespaces.
Select the unidirectional language pair for the term list. NOTE: the list could only be saved after a name and language pair have been given.
In the left pane of the Terms And Brands Management window, select the list that you would like to start your import.
At this step, the Import button should be enabled on the right window pane. If you hover over the button, you will see some instructional notes on proper format of the list to be imported. Click on Import.
A File Browser window will appear. Select the appropriate file to be imported and click Open.
Once the term list has been uploaded, allow a few minutes before testing translation with the list enabled in the TouchPoint.
If successful, a pop-up notification will appear with information on how many terms have been added. If there has been an error with the list, click on the Import Errors link to download a copy of the term list that had errors. Open the file to make corrections to the rows that contain error message.
If the external term file contains duplicate source terms, only the first one will be imported, the rest of the duplicates will be treated as errors.
If the Term List is meant to be added to an existing list on the platform, and the file to be imported contains terms that are already in the existing list, they will not be imported and will be treated as errors.
In order to overwrite an existing term from the Term List, there is the possibility to either manually edit it from the user interface, or delete it and import it from a term CSV file.
