Symptoms/Context
Task stuck in Custom Target File Generation step (manually moved). Unable to retrieve these back from Tridion Docs.
xxxx Error Trisoft.InfoShare.TranslationOrganizer.Steps.TMS.RetrievingTranslationStep.ProcessTranslatedTasks Target object 'GUID-xxxx-xxxxx=1=xx-cn=' could not be updated [] System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Trisoft.Utilities.ServiceReferences.DocumentObj25ServiceReference.InfoShareFault]: [-1] The 'xref' start tag on line 18 position 82 does not match the end tag of 'i'. Line 18, position 170. (Fault Detail is equal to Trisoft.Utilities.ServiceReferences.DocumentObj25ServiceReference.InfoShareFault).
Resolution
Try performing a retry from Tridion Docs if user has a broken project.
If user has manually completed Custom Target File Generation tasks are now at Review step in Trados Enterprise, then those tasks should be Rejected back to the translation step and complete the translation again. The workflow should continue afterwards, provided no human intervention is performed on the tasks.
Root Cause
The issue occurs because a file manually added to the project via LC UI will not have an `externalId` property (which we set at project creation in Tridion Proxy), so the integration cannot handle it.
